The staff are lovely and kind and really care about the guests. The units are brilliant, fairly quiet with shower, a nice bathroom, the very firm mattresses. The food is fabulous and fab.

The unit we got was absolutely gorgeous with the most comfortable bed, a nice bathroom plus shower. Having a hairdryer, guest toiletries and terry dressing gowns was a bonus.

Exceptional experience there. Delicious breakfast with cake and boiled eggs and homemade yogurt. Silent, big rooms with the very firm mattresses and the most comfortable bed plus shower, BEST POSSIBLE setting.

The room was good-sized with a nice bathroom as well as the most comfortable bed, had a good night's sleep. The location was excellant, for example, Medersa Ben Youssef College was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

This hotel is ideal if you want to stay in the center of Marrakech. The location is excellent for exploring the souks and is only a 5-minute walk from the central medina. The rooms are spacious and lovely, with cozy lighting and comfortable AC. The staff is always helpful and ready to give you the best advice or guide you through the medina. The breakfast is a lovely Moroccan-style affair, which we welcomed every morning.

The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, as there was no fruit usually and the cake seemed artificial.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hidden gem in the Medina! The location was perfect, just minutes away from the market. The staff went above and beyond to provide great service, from arranging a pick-up from the airport to helping us with getting a SIM card for our phone. The room was cosy and clean, and the air conditioning was a plus. The Moroccan breakfast served every morning was a delightful start to our day. Despite the room being a bit dark, it added to the cosy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a lovely stay in Marrakesh.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to see and restaurants to try. The location was fantastic, as we were walking distance from most tourist attractions and everything we needed was close by. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food.
